If your Blonde then:

Lighten the blonde

Brown and darker blonde highlights and brown of the bottom.

Or light blonde with black on bottom.

Brown:

Lighter brown/dark blonde highlights.

Black:

Burgandy and light blonde highlights.

Leave it long and get either short or long layers(razored) and razored side swept bangs...

Or

Leave it long (one length) With side swept bangs and curl it!

You should get extensions with like a brick redish and then keep the blond on top...but do a shadow box underneath of the redish stuff

if your hair is your natural color now DONT DYE IT! dying your hair may look good for the first couple of days but when it all boils down, the hair color you were born with it the one that looks best with your combination of skin/eye color...an angled bob looks good on most people if you pick a length appropriate to your face shape/preferences like if you have a round face, you should get longer hair in the front, or a thin face can have short hair in the front and you may not want to get it too short in the back because you could feel self conscious. you can personalize an angled bob to make it look best on you and it can be really chic if you take care of it :)
